  • Pound

Adrienne founded FLY Fitness & Aerial Arts with a deep focus on creativity, mobility, and purpose. she has been a fitness, pole, and aerial instructor since 2008, though her approach to movement has evolved significantly over the years. Adrienne’s leadership is shaped by her lived experience with hidden chronic pain and a late-life neurodivergent diagnosis—realities that have taught her the vital importance of listening to the body rather than fighting against it. Driven by a personal history of resilience through adversity, systemic obstacles, and misalignment, Adrienne works to shape a studio culture that is radically kind, fiercely protective, and boldly inclusive. Her mission is to ensure Nexus is more than just a place to train; it is a sanctuary for exploration and empowerment. By prioritizing sustainable energy management, she creates a welcoming home for people of all sizes, shapes, and ages to discover their own strength and mobility at their own pace.

    Carrie

    Instructor for:

    • Pole

    • Bungee

Carrie is a former dancer and Rythmic Gymnast who has always dreamed of being a Cirque Du Soleil performer. After her third child, she was looking for a unique way to get back into shape and fate took her to the doors of FLY Fitness in 2016. Pole dancing has taught her to reconnect with her body and has proven that age is just a number. Carrie loves teaching pole to beginners and watching her students grow stronger, all while empowering them to tap into their inner goddess.

    Victoria

    Instructor for:

    • Silks

Victoria (she/her) didn’t plan on ending up upside down for a living — but here we are, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. A salsa dancer at heart, Victoria found herself drawn to the silks and instantly hooked. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a full-blown passion for the art of aerial movement: the strength it demands, the creativity it unlocks, and the sheer thrill of defying gravity one drop at a time. Victoria’s teaching philosophy is simple — make it fun, make it safe, and make you feel like an absolute rockstar by the end of class. She meets every student exactly where they are, whether that’s figuring out their first footlock or flying through a sequence they didn’t think was possible two weeks ago. Off the silks, she’s probably out on an adventure with her French Bulldog, Mercury, chasing new experiences, dancing salsa somewhere in the world, or trying her best not to crash land while kiteboarding. Her classes are equal parts challenge and celebration — because moving your body should feel like both.
